Now that you are settled into the neighborhood and have added your personal touches to your new home, we take pride in knowing we provided you with a complete home buying experience. Premier Communities also understands how important this investment is to you and with proper care and maintenance your new home should function for a long time. Some people confuse warranty items with homeowner maintenance items. We have listed below some of the items that are maintence items along with some seasonal tips to maximize the enjoyment of your new home and investment.

Homeowner maintenance items not included in your warranty are paint, caulking, vinyl flooring, landscaping, hairline cracks in drywall, concrete and floor squeaks.

Seasonal maintenance will also help protect your home; clean gutters and downspouts, replace furnace filters and clean vents, exterior paint and caulk touch up, repaint or stain fencing, and before the freezing sets in, remove hoses and store them away and winterize your irrigation system.

We will contact you to set an inspection appointment following the request. Service appointments are available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
